The New York apartment problem is not “which channels”

It is a TV that came with the lease, a roommate who already resents the Spectrum bill, a landlord who will not schedule a cable drop, and a lease that ends before a 12-month TV term does. Brick walk-ups and glass towers both eat 5 GHz. Stand next to the TV. If the phone is weak there, move the router or add a mesh node before you open a buffering complaint.
