1. Who we are

This website, iptvnyc.us, is operated by IPTV NYC(“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@iptvnyc.us.

2. Information we collect

We keep data collection minimal. When you order or contact us via WhatsApp we receive the information you choose to share: your WhatsApp display name, phone number, and the content of your messages (such as your chosen plan and device type). When you email us we receive your email address and message content.

3. How we measure this website

To understand which pages actually help people — and which waste their time — we record a small number of events: a page view, and a click on a “chat with us” button. Each event carries the page address, the type of button, and a randomly generated six-character reference such as AB7JKD. That reference is what lets us connect a conversation back to the page it started on; it is added to your WhatsApp message automatically so you do not have to type anything.

The reference is generated fresh each time you open the site and exists only in your browser’s memory for that visit. We do not store it in a cookie or in your browser’s local storage, and it is not linked to your name, phone number or email. Reloading the page produces a new one. Our lawful basis for this measurement is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site performs, and these events are deleted after 13 months.

We never put personal details into these events. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, message contents and payment information are rejected outright by the system that receives them rather than being cleaned up afterwards.

4. What we do not collect

This website does not require account registration, does not use on-site payment forms, and does not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell personal information.

5. How we use information

To activate and deliver your IPTV plan and credentials.
To provide setup help and customer support.
To notify you when a plan you purchased is close to expiry, if you ask us to.

6. Data retention

Order-related conversation history is retained only as long as needed to support your active plan. You may request deletion of your conversation history and contact details at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing support@iptvnyc.us.

7. Third-party services

Communication happens over WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta Platforms and governed by its own privacy policy. This site is served through standard web hosting infrastructure that may log IP addresses for security and reliability purposes.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including New York State and, if applicable, the EU/UK), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
