1. Agreement

By ordering a plan from IPTV NYC or using iptvnyc.us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Plans and payment

Plans are sold as one-time upfront payments in USD for a fixed duration (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) as listed on the plans page.
There is no auto-renewal. A plan ends at the end of its purchased period unless you choose to extend it.
Payment is arranged directly via WhatsApp at the time of activation.

3. Activation and credentials

Credentials are issued for personal, household-level use. Sharing or reselling credentials outside your household may result in suspension of the plan without refund.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only in ways that comply with the laws of your jurisdiction and the terms of any third-party apps, devices or platforms you use to access it. You are responsible for your own compliance.

5. Service availability

Streaming quality depends on your internet connection and device. We recommend a stable connection of 25 Mbps or more. While we aim for continuous availability, occasional maintenance or third-party outages may temporarily affect specific channels or content.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV NYC’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.

8. Trademarks

All channel names, league names, team names and device brands referenced on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
