1. Try before you commit
The simplest protection is to test first: ask about trial availability on WhatsApp before purchasing so you can confirm the service works on your device and connection.
2. 48-hour satisfaction window
If the service does not work on your device and our support team cannot get you streaming after a reasonable troubleshooting session, you may request a refund within 48 hours of activation.
3. What is not covered
- Issues caused by your internet connection falling below the recommended 25 Mbps.
- Partially used plans beyond the 48-hour window (a pro-rated credit or plan swap may be offered instead, at our discretion).
- Suspensions for credential sharing or reselling under the Terms of Service.
4. Credits and plan swaps
Outside the refund window, we prioritize making things right: switching your plan to a different device setup, extending time lost to verified outages, or crediting the remainder of a plan toward a different duration.
5. How to open a request
Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a short description of the issue. Requests are answered the same day during business hours.
