Write down the TV or streaming-device model and any player you already use. A Firestick, Smart TV, Apple TV and Android device follow different setup paths. Start with the hardware you own; ask support to confirm its suitability before buying a new device or a longer subscription.
2. Your priority programs
List the channels, shows, language preferences or sports events that matter to you. For a game, include the team, opponent, date and preferred feed. Regional availability and restrictions can differ. Ask for confirmation of that request before treating a general sports mention as a promise for your event.
3. Screens active at the same time
Distinguish the devices you own from the screens you want streaming simultaneously. A living-room TV plus a tablet may need a different allowance from one person moving between devices. Include your active-screen requirement in the request and confirm the exact order and total with support.
4. A test on your real connection
